I respond to emails generally within one or two business days (hopefully more quickly if you let me know it’s urgent), and the same goes for phone calls.
Email is generally best, but don’t be afraid to pick up the phone (please leave your phone number and say it s-l-o-w-l-y twice, because I’ll get distressed if I can’t call you back).
